The Baker

Chef Sneha Singhi

Claro Bakehouse is led by chef-owner Sneha Singhi. Long before pastry, she trained for years in Kathak and watercolour painting, and still sings in her spare time — and it shows: the fine piping and hand-painted detailing on every cake owe as much to a dancer's precision and a painter's eye for colour as they do to technique. She went on to train formally in pastry at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Gurgaon, and spent over four years working across multiple bakeries before starting Claro. Every order — from a cake-for-two to a full wedding tier — passes through her hands personally, baked the day it's needed, never in advance.

How to order, and the fine print

How to order

  1. Specify the date, time, and occasion (if any).
  2. Choose the size and flavour from our menu.
  3. Mention customisation details, if any — reference pictures are appreciated. No design in mind? We're happy to recommend something for the occasion.
  4. We'll share the order amount once the above is confirmed.
  5. Full payment confirms your order.
  6. For delivery, share the address and contact details.

Terms & conditions

  • All our desserts are 100% eggless.
  • Orders need at least 24 hours' notice (tiered/wedding cakes: at least a week). Last-minute orders are accepted subject to availability.
  • Orders are confirmed only once full payment is received.
  • We accept payments via UPI and bank transfer.
  • No refunds once payment is made.
  • Delivery is via third-party services; charges are billed at actual cost.
  • We package every order with the utmost care, but once it's out for delivery, we're unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur in transit.
  • We deliver only within Delhi NCR.
  • We strictly use cabs for cake deliveries; other items may go by bike.
  • Customisations to design and flavour are charged separately.
  • We are a zero-fondant studio.
  • All chocolate used is Callebaut couverture (811, 823, and similar) — never compound, never flavouring.
  • All fruit is fresh and seasonal — think Mahabaleshwar strawberries, Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes — never essence, never tinned.
  • Everything is made specifically for your order — nothing is pre-made or frozen in advance.
  • Vegan and gluten-free customisations are available.
